Vacation apartments in Barcelona
Barcelona is one of the largest tourist destinations not only in Europe, but in the world. For a comfortable alternative to hotels, consider choosing short-term apartment rentals in Barcelona that constitute a successful and secure market in Europe.
Rental apartments in Barcelona cost less than hotel rooms of comparable sizes, and yet offer you a real home where you would love to come back after a day out in Barcelona.
You get all the advantages of independent living and working in a rental apartment: you may choose to cook in a fully-equipped kitchen, you may entertain guests in the living room, you have the privacy of your own bedroom. Would you have all that in a hotel? More and more travellers prefer to rent an apartment in Barcelona for these reasons.
If you frequently travel with family or friends, you know how difficult it may be to book adjacent spacious rooms in a hotel. 1-, 2- or 3-bedroom apartments in Barcelona are easy to find. What is more, you pay per apartment, not per guest, which allows you to cut rental costs considerably, and spend quality time together.
Barcelona is a city you would not want to leave and where you would love to come back, but if you are set on more exploring, we also offer apartment, cottage and villa short-term and long-term rentals all over Europe and North America!

Sarria - Sant Gervasi

Sarrià-Sant Gervasi is located in the northwestern part of Barcelona and is the wealthiest district of the city to date. Several neighbourhoods within Sarrià twice exceed the average income index across Barcelona: Sarrià-Sant Gervasi has the highest wealth index even compared to Les Corts and Pedralbes.

The district is quite large, as it encompasses the Collserola mountains and the mountain of Tibidabo. Due to its size, it is divided into six administrative units: Sarrià; les Tres Torres; Sant Gervasi- la Bonanova; el Putxet i el Farro; Sant Gervasi- Galvany; and Vallvidrera, el Tibidabo i les Planes. The district limits are defined by Collserola in the north, Via Augusta, Avinguda Príncep d'Astúries and Avinguda de Vallcarca in the east, Carrer de Bosch i Gímpera in the west, and Avinguda Diagonal in the south.

Apart from its wealthy residences, Sarrià is best-known for the mountain of Tibidabo and the namesake amusement park located on its top. Tibidabo is the oldest functioning amusement park in the city and still retains three of its iconic original rides. Tibidabo also has the Temple de Sagrat Cor, a church akin to the Sacre Coeur cathedral in Paris, designed by Enric Sagnier and built by his son Josep Maria Sagnier i Vidal.

The other part of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, namely Vallvidrera, is better known locally as a great place to go cycling thanks to the leisure path running through the Collserola mountain, which begins at the west side of the district and continues towards Tibidabo. The path is used both by pedestrians and cyclists, and is much loved for the spectacular views of Barcelona on any given day. The path is relatively even and is suitable for most fitness levels.

Sarria - Sant Gervasi, Barcelona Plaça Francesc Masia in Sarria is one of the most important transit stops in the area.
